What we collect

We collect only what you choose to share with us. This means your email address if you subscribe to Mirror Moments, and your name, email, organisation, and message if you submit a group order inquiry. We do not collect any other personal information through this website.

Why

We use your email address to deliver the Mirror Moments reflection series — a short sequence of five emails over two weeks. If you submit a group order inquiry, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and arrange delivery.

We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information. We never will.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. Plausible is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. It tells us how many people visit the site and which pages are most read, but it cannot identify you and does not track you across the web.

Because we use no cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.

How long

Your email address is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to Mirror Moments. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our mailing list.

Information submitted through the group order inquiry form is retained only until your inquiry has been resolved, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from Mirror Moments at any time using the link included in every email. You can also contact us to request that we delete any personal information we hold about you, and we will do so promptly.

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, correct, or erase your data. We are happy to honour these requests regardless of where you live.
